Two layers of fluffy terry cloth are sewn together in “Double” to create a casual double-layer bath mat in luxurious Giza quality. A broadly stitched, accentuating frame detail makes the mat dimensionally stable. The used extra-long staple Egyptian Giza cotton is among the highest quality available – the feeling of standing on it is exceptionally pleasant. The long fibers provide very good absorbency and a soft, rich touch.
The handmade in Portugal mat is suitable for everyday use, durable, and uncomplicated: without rubber backing – ideal for underfloor heating –, usable on both sides and thanks to its weight of 1,200 g/m² quick-drying and pleasantly light. Even after many washes, “Double” retains its shape, keeps the pleasant feel, and impresses with intense color appearance.
