It took more than a month for my order to arrive. When I contacted customer service to ask about the delay, I was told it would ship "next week." When that week came and went without any update, my follow-up emails were no longer answered.
The product itself is good enough, but all four towels we ordered had a noticeable number of loose threads. While the towels are usable, the long delivery time and lack of communication made for a disappointing overall experience.

die Ware ist sehr gut - habe ich schon früher mehrfach bei euch gekauft - aber das Problem ist der Service. Ausgewiesen wurde "Lieferzeit 10 - 14 Tage" - für ein Weihnachtsgeschenk (bestellt wurde am 30.11.2025) also allemal ausreichend.... Geliefert wurde dann Mitte Januar - nach einigem Hin-und Her. Verpackung=unterirdisch für so ein hochpreisiges Produkt!!! Fazit: Das Weihnachtsgeschenk war nicht da und musste nachgesendet werden... Sehr peinlich und ärgerlich.... Ich werde das natürlich bei meinem nächsten Bedarf berücksichtigen....
